The announcement came via the official PGA Tour 2K25 account on the X platform without revealing specific details about the nature of the content, but the teaser image revealed some interesting hints:
- Borderlands’ iconic Psycho character is shown holding a golf club with cybernetic technology
- The background of the scene resembles the Kairos environments from the game, which could mean a new Borderlands-inspired golf course is coming.
None of these details have been officially confirmed, but the collaboration is likely to include cosmetic items and exclusive residences within PGA Tour 2K25 and possibly a limited-time event within Borderlands 4.
This collaboration comes after a very successful launch of Borderlands 4, which became 2K’s best-selling game in its first month, and the company previously announced the first upcoming addition to the game, which will introduce a new Vault Hunter with different gameplay elements.
