Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has received an “M for Mature” rating from the ESRB in the United States, which is to be expected given the history of the series. The last major installment not to receive this rating was Call of Duty 3 in 2006.
The rating summary revealed some gameplay and story details, including facing enemies using a variety of weapons and execution moves, along with new details indicating that the campaign will revolve around trying to prevent a tech giant from taking over, and players will encounter robots and creatures.
The global reveal is expected to take place during the Gamescom Opening Night Live event on August 19.
