In a new update via the X platform, the XBOriginals account revealed that 5 games will leave the Game Pass service at the end of the month, specifically on November 30, 2025, these moves are usual within the Xbox policy that adds new games and removes others periodically to maintain the diversity of the service’s library.
The confirmed departures so far include:
- SteamWorld Build
- Octopath Traveler
- Octopath Traveler II
- Barbie Project Friendship
- Lords of the Fallen (2023)
Although this list has been confirmed, it is not yet known whether it is the final list, especially since Microsoft usually tends to remove between 5 to 10 games per month, which means that the list may grow in the coming days, and subscribers are advised to take the opportunity to try or download these games before they leave, especially games with long hours like Octopath Traveler and heavy action games like Lords of the Fallen, which is based on the Souls-like style.
Game Pass remains one of the most attractive services in the gaming world thanks to its constant updates and monthly additions, but leaving some games is still a natural part of the content cycle.
