Renowned content creator Kai Senat has announced his official Fortnite residence, along with the date for the third edition of his massive Mafiathon event, with the two events coinciding on the same day: September 13, 2025.
The event took place on the giant Sphere Las Vegas screen, where the housing debuted with a new dance with a special halo touch, as well as the appearance of hamster Lil Cenat, reinforcing expectations about the leaked companion update for the game.
The release of the new housing will coincide with the start of Mafiathon 3, the ongoing livestream event that was a huge success in December 2024, when Cenat broke the record for the number of subscribers on Twitch.
As usual, the event is expected to feature special guests, with a special focus on Fortnite thanks to the new collaboration.
Senat is the second content creator to receive a Celebrity Series residence this year after Clix, while 2025 has also seen sports figures such as baseball star Shohei Ottawa and former Tottenham captain Son Heung-min, as well as festival celebrities, receive residences.
With this big reveal, Fortnite continues to expand its collaborations with the world’s most famous personalities and influencers.
