In a move that confirms the continuation of Xbox’s multi-platform strategy, a job description on LinkedIn revealed that the company is planning to launch two unannounced games that will be released on more than one platform in 2026.
In the past period, we have witnessed a clear trend from Microsoft towards making a number of its popular games such as Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves and even Forza Horizon 5 available on platforms such as the PlayStation 5, and it seems that this trend will continue next year.
As spotted by TheGamer, the leak came through the profile of iAsia Brown, a senior game producer at Xbox Game Studios. In the experience section, she stated that she was responsible for “leading the development of two undisclosed games that will launch as multi-platform titles in 2026.”
No additional details have been revealed regarding the identity of the games or the platforms they will be released on, leaving it up to speculation until an official announcement from Xbox.
