Bill Money’s LinkedIn profile revealed that he joined Rocksteady Studios in July 2025 as Game Director. This follows a decade-long career at Ubisoft Singapore where he managed major projects such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Valhalla (including the Siege of Paris expansion), and Origins.
Money is no stranger to the DC universes, having previously worked at WB Games Montreal as a design director on Batman: Arkham Origins. Now, he’s leading Rocksteady’s next project, which is believed to be a new Batman game, especially since the studio hasn’t delivered a major sequel since Batman: Arkham Knight in 2015.
Since then, the studio has been limited to Batman: Arkham VR in 2016, followed by Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League in 2023. With the latter ending support and layoffs earlier this year, the focus seems to have returned to Warner Bros.’ strongest title. which is Batman.
Rocksteady’s project is not the only Batman title coming, as LEGO Batman: Legacy of The Dark Knight was announced at Gamescom ONL 2025 and is scheduled for release in 2026.
