The Tomb Raider series continues its impressive cross-platform expansion as Tomb Raider (2013), the first installment of the Survivor trilogy, has been officially confirmed to arrive on iOS and Android smartphones on February 12, 2026 following its recent launch on the Switch.
The mobile version will include the full base game along with all 12 additional content packs that include various upgrades, new costumes, and an additional Challenge Tomb, making this version one of the most complete releases since the game’s original launch.
According to mobile developer Feral Interactive, the game has been specially optimized for smartphones with a fully customizable touch control interface that balances puzzle solving and combat encounters. The game also supports joysticks, keyboard and mouse for those who prefer a more home console-like experience.
Tomb Raider (2013) reimagines Lara Croft’s origin story as she finds herself stranded on the island of Yamatai after a shipwreck during her first expedition, and her journey of survival soon turns into a brutal confrontation with harsh nature, dangerous islanders, and the mysterious secrets it holds.
At the recent The Game Awards, two major new projects were revealed: Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, a full remake of the original 1996 Tomb Raider game set for release in 2026, and Tomb Raider : Catalyst, an all-new adventure featuring a different story and a new version of Lara Croft coming in 2027.
The mobile version of Tomb Raider (2013) will retail for $20 with pre-orders currently available via the App Store and Google Play. This move confirms that Lara Croft’s adventures are no longer the exclusive preserve of home platforms and are closer than ever to gamers wherever they are.
