Ubisoft has asked Euronext to halt trading of its shares and bonds from the market opening on November 14, 2025 until the publication of the results for the first half of the fiscal year 2025-2026 in the coming days.
The company added that it will inform the market later on the new date for the resumption of trading after the publication of the results.
Ubisoft did not explain the reasons for the sudden postponement, but the decision raised many questions among investors and analysts, especially since it came just moments before the scheduled financial conference, which is a rare precedent in the company’s history.
